Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped USPS or UPS, shipping is a $5.00 flat fee rate. FREE SHIPPING on all U.S. orders $125 and over; this is applied during check out. No code is needed. Orders usually ship within 1 business day, but could take up to 2-3 business days during peak season or holidays. Most packages arrive 2-5 business days after shipment.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you must contact us within 3 days. You have 3 days after that to ship the item back and provide us with a tracking number.  After 3 days from the point of delivery, no returns/exchanges shall be accepted.

Returned items will receive store credit ONLY. Refunds are not available. 

Unfortunately, items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned. 

Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not pay for return shipping or handling costs (unless the item(s) arrived damaged or it was a mistake on our part). We strongly recommend that you send your return(s) back with a tracking number. We are not responsible for any return packages lost in transit.


If you receive the wrong item or a faulty product we will cover the return cost.

All items being returned must be unworn, unwashed, and tags attached.

It is the customer's responsibility to return any and/or all merchandise to our business for credit.

We do not take responsibility for packages that are delivered to the wrong given address. It is your responsibility to check that your shipping address is correct when your order is placed. If it isn't, please email us right away so we can fix it BEFORE it ships. Once it ships, we are not responsible. If an order is returned to us due to the address being incorrect, it is the customer's responsibility to pay additional shipping fees for the order to ship again to the correct address.

EXCHANGES
Due to the fast selling nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges. You are welcome to return your item for store credit to use towards the same item in a different size (if it's available). Otherwise, store credit can be used towards anything else on our website and it never expires.

ANY/ALL Shipping and handling fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. (Including ALL refused and unaccepted packages). NO EXCEPTIONS

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE EXCLUDED AND CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED:

  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Items marked FINAL SALE
  • Sunglasses
  • Jewelry
  • Bodysuits
  • Worn items
  • Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear
  • Undergarments
  • Swimwear
  • Legging Sets, Leggings, Biker shorts

ALL DISCOUNTED,SALE, AND CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL. ALL ITEMS PURCHASED DURING A SALE PERIOD ARE FINAL SALE.

Returns must be received unwashed, unworn and in new condition. If the item arrives with tags on it, the item must be returned with original tags still attached. Items sent back worn or with makeup stains, deodorant stains, of any sort, pet hair, smoke and or perfume smell WILL NOT be accepted.

We reserve the right to reject any item(s) returned. Any items that appears to have

been worn, altered, tags removed or are received by us after the stated return period will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. If postage to return the item(s) is not paid within 5 days of receiving the return, the item(s) will be donated to the charity of our choice.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving. 

 Please email us at info@shoplucylus.com with the following:

  1. Description of the defective item
  2. Picture of the defective item and area
  3. Picture of packaging slip

Our team will look into the issue and respond accordingly
